Gospel Light - Religious Education: Preteen

Gospel Light has been a publisher and manufacturer of Christian learning materials for over 85 years. Their lion share of sales came from publishing youth curricula and vacation bible school teaching materials.

 

Their Sunday School teaching materials consisted of 5 age groups. Each age group had its own individual branding appeal. The Edge was Gospel Light's newly-named and rebranded curricula geared towards the "tween" age-group demgraphic.

 

When Gospel Light tapped Marcus to create the look and feel for this new brand the assignment was to first develop a brand brief guideline that included a color scheme, font selections, graphic treatment, as well as a new logo. Once the executive team desided on a brand direction Marcus was chosen to create all the marketing materials within that brand which included print ads, catalogs, direct mailers, web ads, and flyers.
